कान्हा तुम काहे हमें सता रहे हो,
क्यों बेकरार दिलों को तड़पा रहे हो,
यूं छेड़ो ना बांसुरी की तान,
पड़ते ही कानों में ये ले लेती है हमारी जान।
तुम तो मथुरा के बन बैठे हो मेहमान,
यहां इंतजार में सूख रहे हैं हमारे प्राण,
बहुत बेदर्दी है तुम्हारी बांसुरिया,
तुम कोसों दूर से इसे बजाते,
पर लगता है कदम-भर दूर हो
ऐसे क्यों हो हमें सताते?
हम घंटों पेड़ के तले बैठे रहें उपवन में,
निहारते रहे बंद नैंनों से बासी तस्वीर मन में,
तुम वहां खा रहे हो मनभर मक्खन,
यहां गउओं ने बांध लिए हैं अपने थन,
जल्द आके बांसुरी की मीठी तान दो,
क्योंकि सूख रही है मक्खन की गगरी,
बेबस हो रही है दूध बिन वृंदावन सगरी,
तुम्हारी लीलाओं से कोई नहीं अनजान है,
तभी तो बिन तुम्हारे सबकुछ लगता बेजान है,
आ जाओ, अब यूं छेड़ो ना बांसुरी की तान,
पड़ते ही कानों में ये ले लेती है हमारी जान।
A PINK BLUE FOR RADHIKA!
It was a blue rose, rare and beautiful,
Splendid lavor of Nature,
That one day appeared, mysterious,
A red jarrão of arch-duchess.
Deparando the arch-Duke, Sri Krsna, the graceful flower,
Smiled a thought. . . In with lightness.
The late afternoon, then a beautiful rose,
Perfumava the aposento the marquesa.
And when the moon - the protective eternal --
Redoirava the palace of this story,
Tremia on real hands of Sri Sri Radha Krsna, the beautiful flower
That once in the morning, in a tavern,
Fenecia, smiling, full of glory,
In bandurra kind of a devout trovador.
