तन और मन अनन्य थे, रस्सी के दो बल की तरह। तन कहता, ’मन मेरा प्राण है।‘मन कहता, ’तन मेरा जीवन है।‘
नेक अनबन हुई कि बुरी ठनी, उन दोनों में। बडबोलेपन से तू-तू मैं-मैं और वाकयुद्ध।.... दोनों की आंखों में लहू के डोरे खिंच गए थे।
तन ने होंठों पर हेय लाते हुए मन को दुत्कार दी- ’परजीवी मन‘, तुम मुझे छोड कर कहीं चले जाओं। सारा-सारा दिन गेंद बनाए हों। कभी यह करो, कभी वह करो। कभी यहां कभी वहां। एक पैर घर मे, तो एक बाहर । आकाश की उडाने, धरती की नापें। निन्यानवे के फेर मुझे घेरे रहते है। रातों की नींद हर ली है तुमने। जीना मुहाल किए हो।‘ ईंट का जवाब पत्थर से देने के लिए मन सक्षम था। पर यह सोच कर कि तन की ’मैं‘ को मारना है, वह खून के घूंट पी कर रह गया। बदसलूकी के प्रतिकार वह तन से दूर हो गया था। बिन मन, तन जडीभूत। वह अबनिश चारपाई पर पडा रहे। उसकी सब चाहें, महत्त्वाकांक्षाए और लालसाएं लप-लप सिमट गई। रूखाई, वीरानी, रिक्तता सुरसा हो गई।
उसका प्रातकालीन भ्रमण, व्यायाम, नहाना धोना जैसे नित्य कर्म छूट गए थे। लिखना, पढना संगोष्ठियों में भाग लेना जैसे सृजनात्मक आयाम अतीत बन गए थे। जीवनोन्मुख होने की हजार कोशिशें करता, लेकिन ढाक के वही तीन पात। म नही तो उसका सारथी था। दिन, हफ्ता, महीने, साल गए। तन खाट पर पडा-पडा खाट से लग गया था। और एक दिन सुर्खी थी, देश के एक उद्भट विद्वान की मन-मृत्यु हो गई।

I love Rules.......................but also knows how to BREAK them.

I love Studies....................but it is always BORING.

I love Gambling.................but not with LIFE.

I love Rhythm...................but always RUN fast.

I love to Play....................but not with HEARTS...

1. Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others. It is because we are different that each of us is special.

2. Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.

3. Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as they were your life, for without them, life is meaningless.

4. Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life.

5. Don't give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying.

6. Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile thread that binds us to each together.

7. Don't be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.

8. Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find time. The quickest way to receive love is to give; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; and the best way to keep love is to give it wings.
